Who can attend ICGET2025?

Everyone is welcome! ICGET2025 is a multidisciplinary virtual conference open to researchers, academics, students, industry professionals, and the general public interested in Artificial Intelligence and emerging trends.

What are the registration options and fees?

We offer three types of registration:

1. Full Access Pass – $50

    • Access to all events

    • Includes 1 book chapter OR journal manuscript submission

    • Certificate of participation

    • Workshop access

    • Post-conference access to recordings and proceedings

  2. LDC Pass – $30 (For researchers and students from Least Developed Countries)

    • Same benefits as Full Access at a reduced price

    • Post-conference access to recordings and proceedings

  3. 3. General Attendance – Free

    • Attend keynotes, panels, and presentations

    • No workshop or manuscript submission access

How do I know if I’m eligible for the LDC discount?

If you’re a student or researcher from a Low-Income or Lower-Middle Income Country (LDC) as defined by international development indices (e.g., UN, World Bank), you qualify for the discounted $30 rate.

You may be asked to submit proof of residency, institutional affiliation, or student status.

What does the Full Access Pass include?

The $50 Full Access Pass gives you:

  • Entry to all live sessions (keynotes, plenaries, panels)

  • Participation in hands-on workshops

  • Eligibility to submit 1 book chapter OR journal manuscript

  • Official certificate of participation (proof of attendance at sessions required

When is the deadline to register?

  • Free attendance registration closes: November 1, 2025

  • FULL participation registration closes: October 31, 2025
  • LDC participation registration closes: November 31, 2025
What’s included in the Free Attendance option?

You can attend:

  • All keynote speeches

  • All panel discussions and research presentations

However, you won’t be able to:

  • Submit a paper or book chapter

  • Attend any workshops

  • Receive a participation certificate

  • Receive links to recorded sessions
Can I upgrade my registration later?

Yes. If you register under the Free option and later decide to participate more actively, you can upgrade to Full or LDC Access by contacting the organizing team at icget123@gmail.com

Can I submit both a book chapter and a journal manuscript?

 Each Full or LDC registrant is entitled to one book chapter submission only. Submission of a journal manuscript attracts an APC charged by the journal and each fully registered participant can submit to the journal.

    Will there be publication opportunities?

      Yes! 

    • All accepted long abstracts will be published in an edited conference proceedings with ISBN

    • Full versions of the long abstracts will be published in an edited conference book with ISBN

    • Participants can submit manuscripts to a Scopus-indexed journal special issue (journal APC charges will be born by the authors. Manuscript must be aligned with the journal focus and authors must adhere to effecting recommended corrections from peer-reviews.

    How will the conference be held?

    ICGET2025 is a fully virtual event, taking place from November 27–29, 2025.
    All sessions will be conducted via a dedicated virtual conference platform. Access links will be sent to registered participants.
